Mo Walsh

Mo Walsh sets her short crime stories in places and situations that have distinctive character: a second-rate resort, a society wedding, an all-night convenience store, an alien spaceship. Her first published story, “Roadside Roulette,” won the Mary Higgins Clark Short Mystery/Suspense Contest, and “Double Wedding” was a Derringer Award finalist. She has published crime stories in Mary Higgins Clark Mystery MagazineWoman’s WorldSpinetingler Magazine, Flash Bang Mysteries, Fish Out of Water (anthology) and five editions of Best New England Crime Stories. She coauthored the “killer trivia” book A Miscellany of Murder (Adams Media 2010). Walsh is a member of Sisters in Crime/New England and current Chapter President of Mystery Writers of America–New England. A recovering advertising copywriter, she wrote feature articles for GateHouse Media New England/Wicked Local for twelve years, and now focuses on her fiction.
