Amy Siskind

Amy Siskind is an advocate, writer, and expert on fostering women’s success, and a national public face for these issues. She is the cofounder and president of The New Agenda, an advocacy nonprofit working for the economic  and gender-based advancement of women and girls. At the beginning of the Trump presidency, Siskind launched The Weekly List, a weekly compilation tracking the most important stories from the previous week. In June 2018, she started The Weekly List podcast to complement the weekly publication. The first year of The Weekly List has been published in a book as The List: A Week-by-Week Reckoning of Trump’s First Year. Before turning to advocacy, Siskind was an executive on Wall Street, working as a managing director at Wasserstein Perella and as partner and trade director at Morgan Stanley and Imperial Capital. Siskind is a member of Cornell University’s President’s Council of Cornell Women and Cornell University Council. Westchester County Legislators honored her for her work in LGBTQ advocacy, and Politico named her on their Politico 50.
