Julie Carrick Dalton

I'm a fiction writer, journalist, organic farmer, and 2017 graduate of GrubStreet's Novel Incubator. I'm repped by Stacy Testa at Writers House. My short fiction has appeared in The MacGuffin, The Charles River Review, and the anthology Turning Points: Stories About Choice and Change. I won the 2017 William Faulkner Literary Competition and the 2017 Writers League of Texas contest, among other awards. My news and feature articles have appeared in numerous publications including The Boston Globe, Inc. Magazine, BusinessWeek, The Hollywood Reporter, and Baby Talk Magazine. When I'm not writing, I enjoy skiing, kayaking, cooking vegetarian food, and digging in the dirt. You can follow me @juliecardalt or at juliecarrickdalton.com.
